Vessel Kitchen is a fine casual restaurant that combines our fine dining point of view with a casual, quick dining atmosphere. We strive to serve fresh, healthy, chef-inspired, farmer's market sensible dishes at an affordable price in a relaxed environment. By working with small local farmers, ranchers, artisans, breweries and coffee roasters, we are able to provide the best quality ingredients and products for our guests.
Our dedication to using only the finest ingredients extends not only to the raw products but to everything else we use in our recipes – like salt from the Redmond Salt Mine, Honey Wine Vinegar from Slide Ridge Honey in Mendon, and wonderful nuts and ground spices all help bring you great seasonal dishes from quality vendors. We look for local boutique wineries, cool microbreweries and organic tea blenders to provide beverages that reflect the same commitment and care.
Local farmers and purveyors are an important cornerstone of our food philosophy. Most of our produce comes fresh picked daily from farmers not far from us in Park City, who provide the restaurant with produce daily in reusable eco-friendly containers. We work with a handful of small local farms that use sustainable farming practices and we are committed to using organic ingredients wherever and whenever possible.
