I got the med bowl, and was sooo surprised by how delicious it was! The falafel was crispy and flavorful, the couscous perfectly Al-dente, the hummus was fluffy and bright, all around a delicious, fresh, healthy and feel good dish!
We loved our experience!! The Uncle Rico is so so so good! All the food we tried was great and the staff were so friendly and helpful. Atmosphere was great, and our food was out quickly! We will definitely be back!!
The food is fresh and seasoned so well! The entire process of ordering and getting food was seamless. I am genuinely impressed at how flavorful the dishes are. They definite figured out how to bring the most flavor out of a fast to-go health restaurant. I will be definitely coming back!
Such unique and yummy dishes here. For those with dietary restrictions, this is an awesome choice because everything is marked as vegan, dairy-free, gluten, etc. And it felt healthy, but so flavorful. The hash hash signature dish was amazing because the sweet potato hash gave the meat lots of moisture. Overall, yummy dishes here!
